Don’t get it!!!!!!

Ok first of all I looked up all over the web for a good app to get good wallpapers but I hate this there’s an add every 5 seconds also it doesn’t even work like I don’t want to have to go on my phone and have to hold down the screen for it to move can’t it move by itself?
